I played it "safe" with Kurt Busch today paired with Reddick for my B drivers ... he was junk all day on speed and a mutli incident clown show to boot.

An observation from the truck and Xfinity race ... I saw drivers cross all four tires under the rumble strips a number of times and no one got penalized. Maybe I don't have a full understanding of the definition of the rule. Anybody else see it this way?
