Disagree beervo.
I.E. if your rear axle gets stuck in catch fence and 1hr red flag insues bc safety workers had to repair guard rail…….

I hope the Indy road course will change that!
remember the tires blown every ten laps race at indy about 10 years ago,
i think i scored about 150 that day.
