It seems that prior to the virus messing with scheduling in 2020-2021, that DGG used 8 driver starts per year instead of 9.
Is that recollection correct?

yahoo for decades had 9 starts. i'm pretty sure the 1st year here was 9 starts, then 8 starts, now back to 9.

Thanks. Just seems like a lot of "A" uses (7 x 9) for 36 slots and an abundance of good B's for 72 spots.
