No, not on that page. When you enter your account information, my husband created a bogus account to check on this issue, even though it states https at the start of the address, they have the incorrect name in the security certificate for the actual TrackPass site at
https://www.trackpass.nascar.com/ and you get this error message:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from
www.trackpass.nascar.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

Just FYI… if you signed up for TrackPass today, your information wasn’t fully secure. They don’t have the SSL certificate set up correctly (see the Not Secure warning) which greatly increases the chances of your data being stolen. Woof.
