In MY OPINION the NASCAR HALL of FAME is a joke. They have rushed putting people into it and don't have much for HIGH STANDARDS to get into it.
How many years ago did they decide on creating this hall of fame? 13 years ago it opened and it seems like they're trying to get numbers in and not quality. Maybe they should have seperate divisions in the Hall. (Crew Chiefs) (Drivers) (Owners) (Sponsors) and have some elite standard for each group.

Like I said MY Opinion only. Guess I like baseballs way and the standards they have. Some great players have never made it and those that have are very elite, which it should be.

it looks like if you've won 20 Cup races and 1 championship, you're in.
pretty sure Carl Edwards gets in some day with 28 wins and no CUP championship, but i think he was Xfinity champ.
Ricky Rudd had 23 wins and Jeff Burton had 21 wins with no championship for either one and they're not in the HALL.
Burton eventually gets in thru his TV work probably added on to his driving.

Let's hope they get to qualify so everything isn't just a guess! So far for me that's all it's been and it doesn't look any better. :unsure: :coffee:
I do seem to do better though with just a guess, and not think about it. Life goes on.

Last week I had to decide between Stenhouse and Lajoie, after switching them around several times I choose Lajoie:poop:. It cost me.
