Jeff Gordon said it is possible Chase Elliott could return this weekend at Martinsville. Or Talladega. Or Dover.
He said Elliott's recovery is going well and is week-to-week and every week he is hopeful he will return.

Chase Elliott tested Tuesday afternoon and this morning in the Chevrolet simulator before deciding to return this weekend at Martinsville.

NASCAR has approved a waiver for Chase Elliott to remain championship eligible. He will return at Martinsville.

Elliot is not clickable to be put on rosters right now for Martinsville.
i've texted Darren and he'll get him loaded in as soon as he gets the coding monkeys some fresh bananas.

UPDATE >> done. Chase is now clickable and josh barry is not anymore in C.
if you had josh berry, swap him out with someone else on your C list.

What about Zane Smith? He is grayed out as not entered and can not be added to the roster. He will be driving the 51 car in place of Cody Ware. I would like to add him.

he may say something back to me like he'd do it after cutting the grass, washing the car, and cleaning the lint trap from the dryer.
or maybe since Darren hardly ever reads the forum pages, you guys can use the "CONTACT ME" section at the bottom of the DGG game.
that'll go to his DGG inbox.
that way if a bunch of people want it done, he may do it before cutting the grass.

some of you guys forget that when i'm texting him, i'm helping you out, but i get negative feedback from him and you guys at the same time.
my inbox gets jammed with, "hey crash, you said you'd text him and it's been 3 hours / 6 hours / yesterday and he still hasn't fixed it.
no attitude, but he gets busy.
now at the time of your post #10, the changes had been made. didn't see a "thanks Darren for getting it done."
i guess your gratitude was lessoned because you think i had an attitude.
every once in awhile it's nice for me to say, "hey Darren, at least so and so said thank you" but i guess in your case that won't be so.

I actually do appreciate you contacting him and Darren for fixing it. I had not checked yet when I replied so I had not yet had a chance to say thanks. With that said, I’ve never given you or Darren any flack about anything. I asked in the forums because I thought the forums were for communication. I’ll refrain from doing that in the future.

Darren had thoughts of just pulling the plug on the forums, so the communication link to Darren is "CONTACT ME" on the DGG game.
if he pulled the plug on the forums, we'd lose the chance to talk about each others picks, race schedules, nascar rule changes and other things.
we are averaging over 650 views each week for the 8 race threads so far this year, so the forum is for communication.
as i've said before, since Darren hardly ever reads the forums, the "contact me link" is best for communicating with him.
thanks for the "thanks" i'll tell darren.

Hopefully the forum don't go anywhere. As much as I enjoy the game itself, the forum is has kept me around and playing each year. I probably still play but couldn't tell you all the connections I made over the last decade plus. Weather it be this forum or some other one

I'd just like to thank all the staff members that aid(assist) in keeping this site and the forum running as smooth as it does. THANKYOU!

To those that have complaints---do it in a tactful way without attacking anyone. It's a game we play, fantasy racing, pick the best team you can put together, if you win (congratulations), if you lose---is it going to change your life. I win on occasion and lose more. I'm sure not going to quit playing because I object to some things or the way the site is managed.

Now should I use my left hand or my right hand to throw the darts? Thanks again to the Commisioners and the staff the keeps me happy and entertained.

Hamlin hasn’t been consistent enough, same thing with Blaney. I don’t trust either and this might be the 9 best track. With way HMS running? I wouldn’t be shocked if he won outright

I don’t love Almirola but he finished 13th at Richmond and always ran decent here. If there ever a time I used him outside of Daytona/Dega then it be a place like Martinsville. If he qualifies well then I probably take a shot with him. If he doesn’t I got another options to roll with

I haven’t used a Gibbs start yet in one of my leagues, and probably try to save them all for later in the season. Plus Martinsville not exactly a track you wanna use your stud at in C

Actually add 34 to the B-list possibilities. Finished 17th last yr in the fall here. 6th and 13th at Richmond and Phoenix this yr. 4 of last 5 races this season ended in 13th or better. Holy momentum. Sign me up
