How are points going to be distributed for those that started Kurt Busch with him not being medically cleared to run todays race after yesterdays incident and Ty Gibbs filling in for him in todays race?

this is another thing i have an issue with. kurt busch didn't drive the d@mn car. so someone who left him in their lineup should get ZERO points. PERIOD. can we PLEASE have rules that reflect the official final scoring position of drivers during a race?
