Trevor Bayne on standby for Kyle Busch at Darlington, Kansas

As Kyle and Samantha Busch get ready to welcome their second child into the world, driver Trevor Bayne will be on standby to pilot the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota if needed, the team confirmed Friday.
Busch, the only active multi-time Cup Series champion, may have to leave the track this weekend at Darlington Raceway or next at Kansas Speedway so he and Samantha can be with the surrogate carrying their baby, should she go into labor.

well poop, i have elliot and kyle busch as my A drivers.
elliot goes to a backup and won't get a qualifying time and start in the back.
kyle busch will probably have to leave for the baby, so it's fingers crossed and hope for the best.

#5 car Kyle Larson had the second fasted qualifying speed but chose a closed pit stall #29. Anyone have any idea why he would choose what appears to be a very poor pit stall? Thx
