No tech issues in Cup on Friday (cars have been impounded since then). To the rear for Xfinity would be Starr and Clements for unapproved adjustments and Retzlaff for too many tech failures.

Since this is the start of the season and many players are still getting into the 'routine' of making picks - I will not Partially Lock entries. I will Fully Lock entries at the posted time regardless of the race being delayed or postponed. Once Fully Locked they will not re-open.
