yler Reddick appears focused on next season with 23XI Racing despite being denied recognition as a NASCAR chartered team. Reddick missed out on becoming NASCAR Cup Series champion despite reaching the Championship 4 but has vowed to get better with the team.

The teams involved for the 2025 season remain unclear, as 23XI and Front Row Motorsports refused to sign a charter agreement offered by NASCAR. They were the only two teams to deny the terms, with the other 13 all signing before the conclusion of the 2024 season.

Both 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports accused NASCAR of being "monopolistic bullies" in the revenue-sharing agreement between the sanctioning body and its teams and have pursued legal action. In the interim, both teams requested a temporary charters grant for the 2025 seas
On Friday, a federal judge denied the motion to recognize 23XI Racing as a chartered team, leading to major complications ahead of next season. The team could miss out on major sponsors due to not being recognized as a charter, meaning drivers like Reddick could move elsewhere.

NASCAR has become more chaotic, with even more chaos to come. Guess that's just the way the world is today.
