Nascar wanted to take the win away as well from what I read. They just didn't have anything in the rule book that allowed them to do that. Other than that I think the penalties are appropriate.

when Chastain made his snow-plow move to get into the final 4, i thought they put rules in the next day about crap like this.
The Law offices of DEWEY, CHEETUM, and HOWE at work again fumbling around for 3 extra days.

lots of sprinkles in practice so they canceled it with just a few laps run and qualifying also.

so my favorite 7 year old is singing Kung Fu Fighting after watching the Kung Fu Panda 4 movie.
i told her how old that song is and she just stared and said "no way".
