At the very least, new drivers entered in any race could be added to the 'pool' of available drivers so commissioners would be able to add them to their league. It would be nice to be able to select from ALL drivers in a race. It would be a disappointing to have new drivers finish a race ahead...

Unsure if I can add a driver who is not in the 'pool' and how to do it. For instance would like to add Gase, Bilicki, Heckert who are entered in the Daytona Road race.
