Orginially, the driver swap from active to bench was locked 5 minutes before the start of the race. Last year when races were rained out and postponed till Monday the lock was opened up and then locked until 5 minutes before the race started .We've going to have a 24 hour lock at this point. Will we stay locked or be allowed to move our drivers before 12 noon Monday?"
