This weekend at Michigan, there will be same type of resin that was used at Nashville. It is being put in the same areas where the PJ1 has been at Michigan. Resin more helps with tire rubber sticking to surface to add grip. PJ1 (a type of resin) more heat activated & adds grip.

for Cup, would expect practice and qualifying for most, if not all, events in 2022. But potential for a combined session with a short practice leading right into qualifying. TBD for Xfinity and trucks.
That is definitely good news. Bringing back practice sessions will hopefully put the skill factor back into Fantasy Nascar where those who can interpret practice sessions can make the best picks. Same goes for qualifying. That will put the fastest cars at this week's track up front rather than the fastest cars at last week's race.

FYI - NBC Sports/TrackPass is STILL NOT SECURE !! It's been over a week since we sent them a head's up.

The only thing they wrote back, on Aug 19, is that they are forwarding the information to the appropriate department!

Inspection? I thought I read it was supposed to be earlier today— I guess I’m mistaken LOL,!
Has anyone heard anything? I know Berry will start at the back—-driver change— and Gase

The Cup Series cars are going through tech inspection this morning. We should know if any drivers are going to the back around 1 pm ET (but hopefully earlier). #FantasyNASCAR

Looks like at least Larson and Elliott are ok through tech.

Not going to update tech as many teams going through tech for a second time but front row of Larson and Elliott are good on second try. So unless they or Nascar see something on the grid or during engine warmup, should be good.

At this point, Kevin Harvick (2 points) will enter the playoffs at the bottom of the playoff points barrel.

That said, Larson has 52 points and then there is a big dropoff to #2 Truex with only 24.
